AKTU One View Portal: Complete Result & Marks Checking Guide
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) publishes all semester examination results, internal sessionals, carry over marks, and degree statuses through its centralized AKTU One View portal.
If you appeared in the recent semester examinations, here is everything you need to know about checking your scorecard and what to do if you need re-evaluation.
#Step-by-Step Instructions to Check Your Result
1. Visit the official AKTU One View website (erp.aktu.ac.in/webpages/oneview/oneview.aspx).
2. Enter your 13-digit AKTU Roll Number in the designated input field.
3. Solve the Captcha security code.
4. Click on Search Result / खोजें.
5. Your detailed semester-wise scorecard displaying theory marks, practical marks, sessional marks, SGPA, and status (PASS / PCP / PWG) will appear on screen.
#Understanding Result Abbreviations & Grading
- PASS: Successfully cleared all registered subjects.
- PCP (Promoted with Carry Over Paper): Promoted to the next semester, but you must clear the flagged subject in the subsequent carry over examination.
- PWG (Pass With Grace): Cleared with university grace marks as per AKTU academic ordinance rules.
- INC / Incomplete: Marks for sessional or practical were not updated by your college before tabulation. Contact your college exam cell.
#What to Do If You Receive Less Marks: Challenge Evaluation
If you believe your answer sheet was unfairly evaluated:
1. Stage 1 (Digital Copy Viewing): AKTU allows students to view their scanned evaluated answer booklet by paying a nominal fee of ₹300 per subject.
2. Stage 2 (Challenge Re-evaluation): After inspecting your scanned copy, you can apply for challenge evaluation where two independent professors recheck the sheet. If marks increase by more than 20%, a major portion of the challenge fee is refunded to the student.
